The Japanese Yuzu: A Fruit of Chinese Origin with Global Influence
The Japanese yuzu originated in the upper reaches of China's Yangtze River, where it naturally emerged as a hybrid between the Yichang orange and the mandarin orange. During the Tang Dynasty, it was introduced to Japan through cultural exchanges between China and Japan. Thanks to its cold resistance, the yuzu successfully established itself in Japan, gradually evolving into several distinct varieties.

Introduction to Kale
Kale, also known as ornamental cabbage, leaf cabbage, or curly kale, is native to the Mediterranean region and Asia Minor. It is now widely cultivated in temperate zones such as the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, and the United States. Kale thrives in cool climates, with an optimal growth temperature range of 20–25°C. It is highly cold-tolerant and can withstand short-term exposure to temperatures as low as -10°C to -15°C.
